Our vineyard produced so much Mourvedre we decided to peel some off for a delicous rose.

This is not your Grandma's sweet muscato. Think lakeside in the summertime. Bursting with lemon peel zest along with tropical aromas of pineapple and mangosteen. It has hints of green apple as well as honeysuckle, white peach, and apricots. Aging is sur lie. Initial fermentation is dry with no malolactic fermentation.  We have three lot styles that stand alone or can be blended for balance. This wine could easily justify a $28-$35 retail bottle price.

This Primitivo aka Zinfandel is beautiful and easily stands on its own.
